This is in accordance with The True Calendar as recorded in The Temple Scroll, which is the longest best kept Dead Sea Scroll, which was found in Israel in a cave near the ruins of Qumran.
The True Calendar is a solar calendar 364 days long. The Spring Equinox always takes the lead role as it did on The 1st Day of Creation when THE GOD divided the light from the darkness. Then because it was on The 4th Day of the week that THE GOD hung up the sun, the moon, and the constellations of the sky and set the celestial time-clock in motion, by default every New Year’s Day for the 364 day True Calendar year always falls on The first 4th Dayon or just after the Spring Equinox. Since the beginning of time THE GOD has added 1 whole day for Joshua to do battle for Israel, and a .242 day as proof to Hezekiah that he would not die but live 15 more years.
